How to submit a cart and schedule a pick-up with DHL?

You can sell your scrap catalytic converters to Ecotrade easily by submitting a cart and scheduling a pick-up with DHL from the Eco Cat App or from our website. To do so, follow these steps:

Eco Cat Mobile App

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account by tapping the menu icon

2. Search the reference code of the catalytic converter you want to sell and add it to your selling cart. You can add multiple reference codes to the cart.

3. To view the items in your cart, tap the cart icon at the bottom of the App. Here, you can adjust the quantities for each reference code if you are selling more than one unit.

4. Press the “Sell” button to continue.

5. Select “DHL home collection”. Then, press the “Next” button.

6. On the Courier Details page, verify that the zip code and city are correct. Select the preferred date and time slot for DHL to collect the items. For the material type, select either "Entire catalyst (with their metallic shell)" or "Ceramic (monolith)". Then, press the "Continue" button.

7. Select the method you wish to receive your payment. Check if your payment information is correct, and edit if necessary. Then, press the “Next” button.

8. Check if your profile information is correct, and edit if necessary. Then, press the “Next” button.

9. The final step of the cart submission process presents a summary of your cart, with your information, transport details, and payment method. Click the "Submit Cart" button to complete the process.

Ecotrade Website

1. Log in to your account.

2. Search the reference code of the catalytic converter you want to sell and add it to your selling cart. You can add multiple reference codes to the cart.

3. To view the items in your cart, click on the cart icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. Here, you can modify the quantities for each reference code if you are selling more than one unit. Click the "Next" button to proceed.

4. Select the method you wish to receive your payment. Check if your payment information is correct, and edit if necessary.

5. Select “DHL home pick-up” as the shipment method. For material type, select if you are sending “Entire catalyst cut to the rim”, or “Monolith honeycomb”.

6. Confirm that the zip code and city are correct. From the available time slots, select the preferred date and time for DHL to collect the items. Click the "Next" button.

7. Check if your profile information is correct, and edit if necessary. Then, click the “Next” button.

8. Finally, click the "Submit Cart" button to complete the process.
