HOW TO CHANGE OR RESET A PASSWORD?
1. Open Eco Cat App or Website. You do not need to sign in.
2. Select "Forgot password?".
3. Please type your email address to reset your password. Click on "RESET".
4. You will receive an email from Ecotrade Group Shortly.
Click on the padlock in the email.
5. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.
